What is the return policy?

Defective items are fully refunded, while customers cover return shipping costs for non-defective items. Unused items in original packaging qualify for a FULL refund. A 10% restocking fee MAY apply. Customers have a 7-DAY return window from the delivery date.

We're located in the Tomato Capital of Canada - Leamington, Ontario. You can find us at 114 Erie Street North, right inside Leamington Home Hardware.

How long until my order ships?

Typically, items in stock ship within 1-2 business days. If a product is unavailable, we'll promptly notify you via email or phone, providing details on its status and estimated delivery time.

Can I pick up my order in-store to save shipping costs?

Absolutely! If you want to grab your order in-store, just give us a shout at 1-888-768-8370 or shoot us an email at shipping@thetoolstore.ca. You'll get back all those shipping fees, and we'll hold onto your order until you arrive.
