• It is a Self-Assessment where you will rate yourself against 144 capabilities and shadow elements based on substantial research in vertical leadership development.
• You will automatically be sent an email to complete the Assessment within a few minutes of completing this form.
• After you submit your Assessment, you will receive a detailed 40p Report outlining your Stage Spectrum and identifying your Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots and Stretches.
• This will enable you to map out your vertical developmental trajectory and invite you to focus on key shifts in attitudes and practices that will expedite your self-mastery. 
• The Appendix provides an outline of the Stages of Development taken from Chapter 2 of Executive Coaching in Strategic Holistic Leadership (2020) by Dr Antoinette Braks.

You can also take the opportunity to undertake a Discovery Debrief with your selected StageSHIFT Coach to gain further insight and guidance on your vertical development journey from their deeper and broader later stage perspective once you receive your Report.
