THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

CHARGES:
The client is responsible for the return of the good, it must be done the registered post. This is the only cost regarding the returns and refunds.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email and refunded for the total cost of the product excluding shipping cost. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
SHIPPING POLICY
The transport company is UPS or DPD. It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days for delivery. The normal delay is 2 to 3 days, but has been extended due to the global health crisis.
Some countries are not supported by UPS or DPD in that situation we will use CTT the delivery can take up to 5-15 days.
A signature is required upon delivery of your parcel. If you are not at home, UPS, DPD or CTT will contact you to arrange a new appointment.
The processing time for your orders is usually 24 hours, but it can exceptionally be longer up to 72hours. If so, you will be informed by email.
Once the shipment has been made, you will receive the tracking number on your email address. You can then track your parcel on our platform or on the carrier’s website.
There are no customs fees since all shipping is done inside the European Union.
