Nerdkungfu ship all they orders out either the day they get it or the next day at the latest.  Some products Nerdkungfu have to drop ship to our location by our vendors before Nerdkungfu ship, meaning and can't push them out as quickly as Nerdkungfu would like (this means it takes a little longer for our Aussies, Canadians and European folks) but if it's stocked in HQ we can ship it immediately.

Nerdkungfu SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Products that Nerdkungfu keep in our warehouse we try to get out within 1-2 days.  Many shirts that are drop shipped can take longer.  Each product should have expected ship times noted.  Note that the Priority upgrade only refers to transit time once it leave they or they vendors warehouse not to actual delivery time.  It will take 1-3 days to arrive once it ships, not from the day the order is placed.  If you have any questions regarding how quickly an order can reach you please call or email customer service.  

Nerdkungfu use USPS with tracking for most orders domestic. 

For international orders due to licensing restrictions many of our shirts need to be shipped to Nerdkungfu warehouse before being forwarded to your country.  This can add up to two weeks to your shipping time.  Please contact customer service if you have any questions on this.  Note that all duties, VAT fees, and tariffs will be your responsibility and additional fees may be assessed by your countries customs office.  Please check your countries laws and regulations regarding overseas orders.

Shirts that combine drop shipping with in house products will ship in different packages often at different times.  Your order will be updated as products are shipped and you will receive tracking on each package. As always if you have questions please contact Customer Service.

Nerdkungfu RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At NerdKungFu.com customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  Shirt wrong size?  Color doesn't go well with your skin?  Decided after ordering but before receiving that you no longer love that show or movie?  Nerdkungfu are happy to take it back.

(Please note-all sale shirts are final (except in the case of defective product) so please be sure of your size before ordering)

All such returns need to be unworn, clean, and resellable.  Shirts with food and drink stains, smell of cigarettes, or are covered with cat or dog dander are not returnable so please make sure you get the shirts back to Nerdkungfu unworn ASAP.  Of course trying on a shirt for sizing is completely expected but wearing it out for a night or two is an issue.  

In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective product please snap a photo of the damage along with the graphic of the shirt and send that with your request.  This helps Nerdkungfu coordinate the replacement product with Nerdkungfu printer and get it to you as soon as possible.  

Simply contact customer service via phone or email for an RA number.  Pack your unused item back in its original packaging (if possible).  Please include your original packing slip or include your order number.  It would be best if you returned it using a trackable shipping method. If possible, please write a note on the packing slip describing the reason for returning the item.  This is for our own improvement process and will not in any way affect the processing of your return.
