What are my shipping options?
Simply Straws offer free shipping to any order over $40 (after all discounts have been applied). Free shipping will be ground shipping (via USPS). Simply Straws offer 2 flat rate shipping methods: Flat rate ground is shipped via USPS. Flat rate express is shipped via Fedex 2-Day. Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. Simply Straws’ll email you when your order has shipped with the tracking number. If you have further questions please email: wecare@simplystraws.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Simply Straws try to ship orders immediately but orders are typically fulfilled and out the door within 1-3 business days. If you selected an expedited shipping method, your order will processed in the same time frame but shipped via FedEx 2-Day.

Where do you deliver?
Simply Straws want to see glass straws around the world and offer international shipping.

What days do you ship?
Simply Straws will promptly ship out your orders, Monday thru Friday, but take breaks on the weekends to drink smoothies and participate in beach cleanups.

Simply Straws is based out of southern California and ships from Simply Straws warehouse in Vista, CA.

My shipment is missing?
Check your email for the tracking information. If your order is taking an unusal amount of time to reach you, or if tracking states your order has arrived, but you haven't received it, please email wecare@simplystraws.com and Simply Straws will help you out.

How do I know if my order was processed?
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is accurate – especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed. Once your order has shipped, you'll recieve a second email with the tracking information.

Simply Straws RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your purchase date. Email Simply Straws at wecare@simplystraws.com. Please include your order number, original item(s) and the item(s) you want in exchange. Simply Straws request you pay for the cost of return shipping and Simply Straws will ship your new items for free.

Returns

Returns are valid within 30 days of your order date. Customized straw or special orders are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start your return, email your order number, and the reason why you want to return to wecare@simplystraws.com.

Simply Straws will not accept any item more than 30 days after purchase date.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Simply Straws will send you an email to notify you that Simply Straws have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund. Note original shipping cost will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please allow a few days for processing.
