Warranty & Returns
Q: What's covered under warranty?
A: Our standard 1-2 year manufacturer warranty covers:
- Hardware defects and malfunctions
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery failures
It doesn't cover:
- Accidental damage (unless extended warranty purchased)
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or neglect
- Water damage (standard warranty)
- Unauthorized repairs
Q: How long can I return items?
A: 30 days from delivery. Items purchased November 1 - December 31 can be returned through January 31. Defective items can be exchanged within 90 days regardless of initial purchase date.
Q: Can I return items purchased on sale?
A: Yes. Discount doesn't affect returns—you get refunded the full purchase price you paid, not the original MSRP. Exceptions: Clearance items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Everything else is returnable.

A: Almost constantly. Every Friday has a "Weekend Special" featuring different categories. Random 24-hour flash sales happen throughout the week. Seasonal events (Spring Sale, Summer Creator Series, Black Friday, Holiday) feature deeper discounts. Holiday periods (Nov-Dec) have the most frequent and deepest discounts.
Q: Can I combine multiple coupons?
A: No, one per transaction. BUT you can combine a coupon with our True Rewards discount (1% cashback). And you can stack True Rewards tier benefits with promotional offers.
Q: Will prices go down if I wait?
A: In general, professional imaging equipment holds value. Prices stay fairly stable except during seasonal sales.
