Delivery Times
If you order before 2pm (Monday-Thursday) it should arrive the following day-UK mainland. *
If you order between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday, it will be dispatched on Friday afternoon but will be delivered on Monday-UK mainland.
If you order after 2pm on a Friday or during Saturday-Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on the Tuesday-UK mainland.

*Generally all the couriers Bricktanks use (Royal Mail, DPD & UPS) are very good on providing next day delivery service, occasionally it can take longer, in these circumstances Bricktanks will not be held responsible, if it arrives late. If you are ordering as a gift and you need it by a certain date, Bricktanks suggest ordering 2-3 days in advance to be on the safe side.
** There have been a few occasions when couriers fail to pick up packages on time, due to current shortage of drivers across all courier networks.
*** Occasionally, couriers arrive without a scanner, or scanner that it not working, meaning your parcel has been dispatched, but you wont receive an updated tracking number.

BrickTanks does offer worldwide shipping. Generally this is done via UPS. If you are from Canada and the USA then Just add your item to the cart and once you have entered your address it will tell you the shipping costs based on size/weight of your order and the location it is being shipped to.
Due to various problems we have encountered since Brexit and increasing shipping costs it has become difficult to directly offer worldwide shipping directly from our site.

If you are based in regions ouside of the U.K, Canada and the USA and would like to order from BrickTanks, please order from Bricktanks eBay store. Using the eBay global shipping program there are less complications for Bricktanks to send goods to our customers in the E.U.

When  a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Packaging

Many other sellers take the Cobi box and simply put that in a plastic bag (poly bag). Often this results in the Cobi box been damaged on arrival. Bricktanks know many collectors also want the Cobi box in pristine condition. So Bricktanks take the Cobi boxes and put them in a outer box. So when comparing our prices with other sellers, consider if you want to receive the Cobi box in good condition, best to order from Brick Tanks.

Tracking

When Bricktanks dispatch your item you will receive a email with tracking number.

PO Boxes

Please note while it is possible to enter a PO box as your delivery address when placing an order on Bricktanks website. Couriers can not actually deliver packages to PO Boxes, so will return the item to Bricktanks. All shipping costs will be bourne by the customer, this can loose a lot of time and money especially for international orders. Make sure the shipping/delivery address is a location that can receive parcels.

Bricktanks Refund policy

Returns
Bricktanks policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Bricktanks can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which has not been opened / the seal of the box not broken.

To complete your return, Bricktanks require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Bricktanks will send you an email to notify you that Bricktanks have received your returned item. Bricktanks will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Bricktanks will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
