RETURNS

    2) After you receive the goods, Pimax guide you to return the old one; and refund your deposit after receiving the goods.

Pimax may not process your replacement request under the following circumstances:
- If the replacement request is more than 30 days after receipt of goods.
- If you are unable to provide legitimate purchase receipts or documents.
