I would say that it's a very solid alternative to what is being offered out there in the prop firm industry. multiple funding models are offered and give you the flexibility to choose in accordance to your trading style. One of only 2 prop firms that offer a 12% overall drawdown option.
 
Got paid out my profit share and i'm so far happy with the customer service (Major Thanks to Elan).
 
Only point that needs improving I would say is the time to get funded accounts and get payouts processed. A bit longer than the competition but just a minor thing. Overall very happy with TFT."

"Overall a great Prop Firm, they have a nice community discord (which most firms dont), lots of different accounts to choose from with fair pricing + fair rules for the trader. Awesome discounts + promotions every month, various competitions with free prices, etc. In contrast to many other prop firms they actually seem to care about their traders and try to build a community, while with other firms i often had the impression they just tried to siphon money from people.
 
The Customer Support is outstanding in terms of quality and it usually takes less than 5 minutes to get a reply and your issue resolved. Every Employee ive dealt with so far has been very patient, understanding always friendly and was able to answer all my questions.
 
Payouts have so far been always on time, and ive so far had 0 issues with this firm. Big thumps up and can recommend to all aspiring traders."

Here I leave suggestions that we will all appreciate with TFT (improve client experience).
 
- An app like FTMO app (the TFT website is very rudimentar, too simple and not very professional…oh and the bugs 🤦🏻);
- More analytics and a trading diary incorporated in the website/app so we can have an idea of what we are doing good and bad; the analytics barely exist;
- Client support sometimes took me over 30 minutes to get an answer;
 
You have everything to be better than FTMO for example, come on guys.

there one thing needs to be enhanced which is the Dashboard, it is a bit basic when I compare it with MMF for example. metrics needs to be enhanced for better visualization, I know it is not important thing comparing with other TFT advantages such as (no big slippage) where most people complain about it in other firms.
