Some of the questions asked on the questionnaire that you fill out after you have purchased the high energy package, ask about your daily availability so a meal plan can be put together to make it easier. There are also various choices of easy to make meals in the downloadable meal kits as well. But if you are always on the go and don’t have time at night to prep some meals, the next best thing is to choose the healthiest meal choice when you are out during your day, for that meal.
