I know what it means to ignore the body's warnings. I wasn't happy or healthy. I was stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted and had digestive imbalances. I have a Psychology and Criminology Degree and felt obliged to stay in the field, even though my body was signaling I was imbalanced. In 2015, I made the decision to learn more about holistic health to get to the root cause of my health imbalances and change my life! 

I was that person put on the birth control pill for skin. I was told an IUD is a great option and so then I had the Mirena for almost a decade. Until nutrition school, I didn’t know the impacts on my body. I also didn’t understand my menstrual cycle or how my stress was impacting my hormones. Meet Jordan Bruce, RHN, BA, LBA

I get the honour of supporting women in getting to the root cause of their imbalances and helping them change their lives! I’m proud to be a registered holistic nutritionist that’s board certified. 

I specialize in plant-based women in burn out, digestion and gut health. I love working with clients that want to take a proactive approach to health and mental wellness. I also support clients with current imbalances and examine potential root causes of illness. Food is powerful and making small changes has big impacts on the body. I take a holistic approach with clients and consider all aspects of their life including stress levels, sleeping patterns, mindset and movement. I'm excited to help transform lives in one of the most important areas in life, health. 

I moved to the North Shore of Vancouver, BC to be closer to the mountains. I spend most of my free time hiking in the forest with my dog, watching sunsets or getting my sweat on. You'll also find me in the kitchen whipping up quick and easy nutritious plant-based meals, because who has time to spend hours a day cooking? I switched to a plant-based diet 10 years ago for the animals, environment and my own health. I support those transitioning to plant-based diet, vegans or clients wanting to learn how to eat more vegetables. I hope to inspire you to to live a happy and healthy life filled with nature, laughter, movement and delicious food.

Main areas of focus: plant-based eating, women that feel burnout and stressed, digestion and gut health including parasite protocols.
