One light bulb that went off (finally for me) is captured in your sentence...'I love it when we have a recognition that it's just Fight or Flight'....that is driving our behaviours with food.... I actually felt that in my solar plexus. I am hopeful that this feeling will remain at the top of my conscious awareness and I will begin to make healthier (for me) food choices, in that moment of .... I will/ I won't, eat this right now'...

On a parallel vein, as I was taking in the video message I became aware that I was also processing a very draining personal interaction at work. I now see how that Trigger at work, punched my Fight or Flight responses (warranted or not) and that lead to a cascade of hormone imbalances, creating a health challenge, poor food choices, social withdrawal etc. Suffice it to say, Julie, your video for Day 6 really has helped my awareness, and hopefully my actions, in a lasting positive way. Thank you."
